Commercial Interior Painting

Offices, retail floors, corridors, and common areas. The constraint is almost never the painting. It is working around a building that has to keep operating.

How the work runs

  1. Step 01

    Agree the working window

Evenings, weekends, or floor-by-floor during the day, set with your facilities contact before we quote. The window drives the price, so it is fixed in writing rather than assumed.

  2. Step 02

    Section and protect

One area is sealed and sheeted at a time, with routes in and out kept clear. Furniture and equipment are moved and returned each shift, not left stacked overnight.

  3. Step 03

    Prep to the same standard

Filled, sanded, and spot-primed exactly as a house would be. Commercial does not mean one thin coat over whatever is already there.

  4. Step 04

    Coat for the traffic

Scrubbable finishes in corridors and washrooms, low-odour and fast-return products where people are back in the space the next morning.

  5. Step 05

    Sign off by area

Each area is walked and signed off as it completes, so nothing accumulates into one punch list at the end of the job.

Out-of-hours work is quoted at the rate agreed up front. We do not reprice once the schedule is set.
