How the work runs
Step 01
Walk the site
We scope with your facilities contact, agree access and working hours, and identify what cannot be disrupted.
Step 02
Stage the work
Areas are sequenced so you keep operating. Evening and weekend work where daytime disruption is not acceptable.
Step 03
Prep and coat
The same preparation standard as residential, with products chosen for the traffic and cleaning the surface will actually see.
Step 04
Sign off by area
Each area is walked and signed off as it completes, so nothing is left to a single punch list at the end.
Certificates of insurance are provided to your property manager before the first day on site.
