How the work runs
Step 01
Protect first
Floors covered, furniture centred and sheeted, fixtures and hardware removed rather than masked around where removal is quicker and cleaner.
Step 02
Repair and sand
Nail pops, cracks, and old anchor holes filled, then sanded flush. Glossy surfaces are dulled so the next coat has something to hold.
Step 03
Prime what needs it
Bare drywall, patched areas, stains, and any colour change that would otherwise need three coats gets spot- or full-primed.
Step 04
Two finish coats
Cut in by brush, rolled to a consistent texture, and inspected under a work light before we call a wall done.
Occupied homes are the norm, not the exception. We tidy at the end of each day rather than at the end of the job.
