How the work runs
Step 01
Wash and dry
Surfaces washed to remove chalking, dirt, and mildew, then given the time they need to dry through before anything is applied.
Step 02
Scrape and sand
Loose and failing paint removed back to a sound edge, then feathered so the transition does not telegraph through the finish.
Step 03
Repair and seal
Failed caulk cut out and replaced, rot and soft trim addressed before coating, gaps sealed where water would otherwise get behind the finish.
Step 04
Prime and coat
Bare wood and repairs primed, then two finish coats applied within the temperature and humidity range the product specifies.
We do not paint over damp substrate or outside the manufacturer's stated temperature range, even when it costs us the week.
